With over 14 years of nonprofit experience and more than 8 years of executive leadership experience, Erica Young established Purposed Consulting LLC to help mission-driven organizations transform vision into lasting impact. Having navigated some of the most difficult challenges in the nonprofit sector, she has built a career rooted in empathy, resilience, and purpose. An award-winning leader who has successfully guided diverse teams of professionals, Erica balances strategic excellence with humanity at the core.
